Yoga Sound Meditation with breathing

Synchronizing yoga sound meditation with breathing helps focus the mind. Do complete yoga breathing if possible, filling your lungs from the bottom to the top. Inhale first to your abdomen, letting it expand; then bring the breath to your middle and then your upper lungs to complete the inhalation. As you exhale, release the air from your upper lungs first, then your middle, and finally your lower lungs, contracting your abdomen slightly as you complete your exhalation. You'll find the slow, deep breaths very relaxing. I will show you how to do this now.

This posture is typically found at the beginning and end of a Sun Salutation "B" and is a great way to strengthen your legs and glute muscles. Tantra Yoga Class 2 Part 2

Tantra yoga is a system of yoga techniques that loom or interlace several major forms of yoga together in order to intensify the raise of consciousness (or Kundalini). It is said that Tantra knowledge (sastra) is the techniques used to bring about a mantric balance within the subtle and physical bodies. Tantra and Mantra are one and the same science, in regards to the mystic constitution of man. Mantra represents the fifty sound vibrations released by the Soul in order build the complex subtle and gross body machines that it locks a portion of its consciousness into and work through for countless reincarnations. The Soul releases these sound vibrations on the various levels of existence through the major realms vortex centers (Chakras). The sound vibrations made by the Soul are known as the Chakra Petals the original samskaras created and left by the Soul. In most Yantra designs that represent the seven major chakras alone the spine labels the chakra petals as seed mantras or letters (bijas) which make-up the 50 letters of the sanskrit alphabet. What is Yoga?

From Julia Roberts to a college student it seems like everyone is doing Yoga! Some practice Yoga to help them deal with the day to day stress of a hectic life while for others it's a means of physical wellbeing. (11)They say YOGA is this complete stillness In which one enters the unitive state, Never to become separate again. If one is not established in this state, The sense of unity will come and go." Yoga philosophy recognizes that as there are many different types of individuals so there are many different paths to the Brahman, an individual may follow a path based on their temperament.

Tantra Yoga Class 2 Part 1

Tantra yoga is a system of yoga techniques that loom or interlace several major forms of yoga together in order to intensify the raise of consciousness (or Kundalini). It is said that Tantra knowledge (sastra) is the techniques used to bring about a mantric balance within the subtle and physical bodies. Simplified Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar): See description for more details: Here's how to do it: Inhale exhale palm together in the prayer position Inhale, stretch arms up, look up Exhale, fold forward Inhale look up Exhale Child Pose Inhale Cobra Exhale Downward Dog Inhale Lookup Exhale, fold forward Inhale, arms up Exhale, gently come back to the starting position 3. Child Pose (Balasana): It is a relaxation pose. Stay anywhere from 30 seconds to a few minutes. 4. The Forward Bend ( Paschimothanasana): The asana reduces fat and stimulates the nervous system. The first version is for more advanced while I did second simplified version. Try to keep the spine straight while inhale, then exhale just fold a little bit further. Gradually, you will be able to fold forward more each time. 5. The Bridge (Sethu Bandhasana) and The Wheel (Chakrasana). The Wheel is a most dynamic backward bend; it stimulates the energy centres and leaving us feel exhilarated. Please note that The Wheel might not be suitable for very beginners, if not, then repeat the bridge. 6. Spinal Twist (Meru Wakrasana): It stretches the spine, and tones the nerves, alleviates backache, neck pain.
