Yoga For Back Pain

Dee Greenberg demonstrates the pelvic tilt, which is a foundational core strengthening exercise to relieve chronic low back pain. From the pelvic tilt, you will go into bridge posture and then into dog and cat stretches. The entire sequence takes less than 10 minutes. Dee says you should ideally do this sequence every day or at least every other day. After one month of consistent practice you may experience dramatic relief from low back pain, weakness, stiffness and soreness.
