Yoga Beginners Part 2 "Learn to Flow" Here Esther strings the poses you practiced in part 1 together and teaches you to flow with them on the rhythm of your breath. Keep practicing this part, so you are ready for part three "Standing poses" next. Enjoy while practicing, if not back off a little, keep it light.
