Yoga Sound Meditation with breathing

Synchronizing yoga sound meditation with breathing helps focus the mind. Do complete yoga breathing if possible, filling your lungs from the bottom to the top. Inhale first to your abdomen, letting it expand; then bring the breath to your middle and then your upper lungs to complete the inhalation. As you exhale, release the air from your upper lungs first, then your middle, and finally your lower lungs, contracting your abdomen slightly as you complete your exhalation. You'll find the slow, deep breaths very relaxing. I will show you how to do this now.

Mark Blanchards Progressive Power Yoga 3

e all live in the illusion of the three dimensional world...but deep inside, the meaning of life is to participate fully in the play...all the while knowing you are in the audience. Another way of seeing it is to live in the moment, stay present and participate fully in life...that is where Progressive Power Yoga is so valuable. Unlike Pilates, Spinning, Running, Swimming, Kickboxing or any other form of exercise, yoga provides a mental and spiritual component that is not found in the other exercise regimen. An actress may want to find the essential stimuli from which to draw at a key moment in her performance. An athlete may find themselves with time expanding as they must make the split second decision upon which everything rests. Again...that is where Progressive Power Yoga is without peers. It is an all-encompassing training regimen that consistently generates results that are unparalleled. Professional athletes are regularly surprised by how advanced the practice of yoga truly is, especially given how ancient it is. For over 5000 years we have watched yoga continue to manifest through various forms and practices. There were never levels. No music. Just you and your breath. The ujjayi breath is all important, and the focus of you and your breath has far deeper implications than one would first allow. The breath is your lifeforce, coming and exiting. A flow of energy that is so inherent that you forget to tap it but it is always there...even as you sleep.

Are_You_Awake_with_Eric_Allen_Bell

Dr. Guldal and Eric Allen identify how our great many commonalities are often obscured when we focus on our differences. They use the example of the Occupy Wall Street movement to illustrate how when people look for the threads that bind as opposed to the words or thoughts that divide, significant actions can be achieved. As people wake up to what is wrong in the world today, a current has started buzzing, pulsing; it is creating a shift. People are increasingly feeling empowered and encouraged to turn inwards and then, with their clarity, join the collective to address at a foundational level the many struggles plaguing the world - greed, poverty, hunger, environmental ruin, national hostilities and the underlying grief of the faith we've lost in our future. It is the power of the collective consciousness amplified that will lead us forward. With clear minds, steady hearts, skillful guidance and integrity we should meet our future. It is a work in progress. Always has been. Is this the time to add your voice, your share, your piece? Join in as Dr. Guldal and Eric talk about the impact and responsibility of being here, now. The healing exercise included is inspired by the ability of mantras and images to connect us solidly with our highest wishes, conveyed powerfully here as an intention that magnifies and spreads itself in echo. Awaken your Hidden Potential with Innerpathic Process Dr Guldal.

Breast Health 3 minute Daily Yogic Exercise

3 Minute per day preventive exercise to reduce risk of breast illness and disease. A wonderful preventive exercise shared by Dr. Barry J. Goodman, Certified Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, and Chiropractor of 23 years. Dr. Goodman has taught workshops, and provides workshops, along with his wife Catherine Goodman(Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, CranioSacral Therapist and Reiki Master) in Breat Health Awareness and Risk Reduction. Not all women prevent the gene from being expressed with preventive mastectomy. These women who do not utilize radical preventive surgery need tools for help. There are no guarantees of course. Generally though, across the female population the more holistic and preventive the lifestyle the lower the risks generally to this group of persons. There is no harm in adding simple yogic exercise for the lymphatic system health into one's lifestyle. If you can learn to dental floss preventively then we can learn to reduce risk in other areas of health and life. Thank you for allowing us to elevate youyr 'awareness'. Lymphatic Drainage Therapy is very important and very helpful for lymphadema and lymph statis. Traditional western diets and stressful lifestyles contibute to lymph stasis.
