Satria Yoga's four basic kicks

Satria Yoga has 144 postures and movements, practised as a 'Conditioning Yoga' building strength, flexibility, core stability, agility and mobility. Satria Yoga is also practised as a 'Moving Meditation' performed as one continuous flow of motion and dance yoga. The 4 basic kicks performed here by UK's Representative, Laarni Benitez, form the base postures of the 'Kucing' (Cat) style within the Satria Fighting Arts.
