Take a Seat in Chair Pose!
Sit back and take a sit in Chair Pose ("Utkatasna"), but there is no resting here! This posture is typically found at the beginning and end of a Sun Salutation "B" and is a great way to strengthen your legs and glute muscles. Shoulders and chest also find a nice opening as you reach arms up in extension. Watch the video and practice along with Shawna as she walks you through this powerful yoga posture.
