The Yoga of Voice - Introductory Practice

This is a beautifully simple vocal meditation practice. Sit comfortably, breathe deep and sing along with Professor Paramjeet Singh as he practices very easy to follow techniques. The first segment consists of humming on the B scale. The second segment consists of long deep Om's sliding gracefully from B to F# and back. Relax and deeply enjoy the soothing vibrations of this practice.
